student health care plans

Health Care Plans for students provide a critical role of ensuring the health of your child is best supported. We seek parent support in keeping these plans up to date and accurate. These plans may be for asthma, hay fever, allergies or a non-specific condition which requires medication or intervention.

To assist us in support of your student we ask all families to review their health care plans with their doctor or health care professional and forward a copy of this to the school.

Please contact Student Services staff if you have any queries in relation to this matter.

Student Services provides support for first aid, phoning home, bus passes and updating family contact information.

Any parents or caregivers who attend the school are directed to Administration where they can sign in to the school; for health or security purposes they may be asked to complete relevant questionnaires.
