Yr 8 & 9 Roundtables - bookings now open!

All Year 8 & 9 Families are warmly invited to attend a Term 2 progress meeting called a Roundtable. Letters regarding Roundtable appointments have been posted home this week.

In Term 2, students in Middle School will participate in a Roundtable meeting during Week 4, on Wednesday May 23. This reflective practice is designed to be led by the student as a means of communicating their individual learning journey.

This year, Middle School students have been involved in creating an ‘e-portfolio’. This e-portfolio is a digital record of their achievements, goal setting and accomplishments in and out of the school learning environment. Students will present their learning journey to their family members and Mentor Teacher. This discussion is student directed and will allow a question and answer opportunity at the completion of their presentation.

On Wednesday May 23, Year 8 and 9 students will participate in an alternate programme; Students are only required at school for the 20 minute time slot allocated to them on the day. If you are not available on that day Mentor Teachers may have limited times available after school on Monday May 21 and Thursday May 24, starting from 3.30pm. Appointment time slots go for 20 minutes and start from 8.00am through until 7.00pm on May 23.

Please note students are required to be in SCHOOL UNIFORM for their scheduled appointment.
