As Term 2 draws to a close, we would like to celebrate the successes of just a small handful of VHHS students, as featured in The Victor Harbor Times on June 28, 2018.

VHHS students Keitel, Kyisha and Bryce are dedicating one week of their upcoming school holidays to participate in a Cadets Leadership Course at the Hampstead Barracks in Greenacres. Participants will be teaching classes in drill, navigation, field craft skills, first aid and radio communications. Well done to these three dedicated Cadets! We look forward to hearing about your experiences in early Term 3.

VHHS International Exchange Student, Valentin, has been a consistently high achiever for the Great Southern Badminton Association throughout his stay in Victor Harbor. Valentin is on a 12 month student exchange program from Germany through the South Australian Government Homestay Program.

A huge congratulations goes out to Jordan who was recently selected to participate in a three week soccer development squad touring Spain in early 2019. The Southern Strikers player and VHHS student has been recognised for his skills and dedication to the sport, gaining the attention of soccer chiefs nationally. Congratulations Jordan, well deserved.
