School Student Drop Off/Pick Up during Victor Harbor Football Club & RSL Development Project
The VHFC/RSL project requires that the area around their building site be fenced off to keep everyone safe. The works for this project commenced in early January and the access for parents/guardians to drop off or pick up their students will be largely affected.
Any parents/guardians who used the George Main Road/Victoria Street roundabout entrance last year and drove through the oval carpark to Kullaroo Road will no longer be able to do so due to the closure.
Parents will be able to access the drop off zone behind our school in the gravel car park if they come in via Oval Park Road to the Kullaroo Road entrance and exit the same way.
This is going to cause lots of traffic congestion and dust, so please let as many people know as possible and understand that this will be inconvenient, but with patience we can all reach our destinations safely. Please consider leaving some space for the school buses to manoeuvre their way in or out of the designated bus loading zone.
If you have any questions, please contact the school.
We are proud to share Kira's speech that was delivered at this year's Presentation Night. Please take a moment to read as she shares great advice for all students and her journey one year on.
